start take playback with MIDI ?

Hi jrk, I just tried your script (the first one, without SWS need) and it kind a works, but it actually plays the item only after releasing a MIDI key (maybe it takes note off message instead of note on?)

OK, Here's a combined version (updated): This adds another configuration option, "selector" to chose either playing from markers (selector = "marker"), or playing items ("item"), or NEW! playing from regions (selector = "region") Code:
